Seynfex Solutions provides digital services including, but not limited to: • Website design and development • UI/UX design • Mobile application development • Search engine optimization (SEO) • Digital marketing • Branding and graphic design • E-commerce development The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe • Make payments according to the agreed schedule • Ensure you have the rights to any materials, content, or assets you provide to us • Communicate feedback and revisions clearly and in a reasonable timeframe
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally: • Projects require an upfront deposit before work begins • Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as specified in the agreement • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in work suspension • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement • Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to change for new projects
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for their project. Seynfex Solutions retains: • Ownership of all tools, frameworks, templates, and proprietary code used in the development process • The right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses. The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate licenses for any third-party assets they request.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, business, or technical information shared during the course of the project. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
7. Project Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate. Revisions that constitute a significant change in project scope will be quoted separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seynfex Solutions shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Errors caused by inaccurate information provided by the client • Third-party service failures (hosting, domains, APIs, payment gateways) • Security breaches resulting from client-side vulnerabilities Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Seynfex Solutions makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic levels, or conversion rates, as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination: • The client will be invoiced for all work completed to date • Work-in-progress may be delivered at our discretion upon receipt of payment • Both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client violates these terms or engages in illegal activities.
11. Website Use
You agree not to use our website to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our content without permission • Engage in any activity that could damage or impair our website's functioning
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Pakistan.
13. Changes to Terms
